RELEASE
without the chaos.

One workflow for distribution, metadata, planning, and reporting — plus a built-in AI assistant that drafts your release the moment you point it at a folder. Built around the release, not just the file.

The industry zigs. We zag.

The industry standard
Upload your file and hope for the best
Smart links sold as a $9–15/month add-on
Metadata errors discovered after store rejection
Release planning lives in a spreadsheet
“Email us to remove a release” catalog control
Support = a help article and a ticket queue
CREWPORT
Guided workflow from upload to launch
Smart links and presaves — included
Metadata auto-checks before you submit
AI assistant drafts your release from a folder
Full catalog visibility and control in one place
Founder access — real support, not a queue

The onliness statement

The only platform built around the release
not just the file.

What we believe

More than delivery.
A better release workflow.

01

Distribution was solved in 2008. The workflow wasn’t.

Getting music into stores is a commodity. Every platform does it. What nobody fixed is what happens around the upload — the planning, the checks, the rollout, the catalog. That’s where releases still fall apart. That’s what CrewPort is built to fix.

02

Smart links, presaves, metadata, reporting — in one place.

Most distributors give you delivery and sell you everything else as a separate tab, a separate app, a separate bill. CrewPort puts the full release workflow under one roof so the work that goes around the upload stops being a second job.

03

Your catalog is yours. Full stop.

Your rights stay with you. Your data stays portable. Your releases don’t get held hostage. The relationship is a service relationship — you keep ownership and control of the work, always.

FAQ

Honest answers
before you apply.

Most distributors stop at delivery — they get the file to the stores and call it done. CrewPort is built around the full release workflow: planning, metadata checks, smart links, reporting, catalog control, and an AI assistant that drafts the boring parts for you. Plus a real person who knows your catalog, not a ticket system.
You point it at a folder with your track and artwork. It reads the audio, the cover, and your filenames, then drafts every metadata field — title, contributors, language, genre, mood tags, credits. You verify spelling and confirm anything that matters. Inside the app you can also talk to it by voice to change dates, swap territories, add credits, or move releases around.
Every major platform you'd expect — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon, Tidal, Deezer — plus the long tail of regional and specialist stores. YouTube Content ID, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), and TikTok audio recognition are all included in the same workflow, with no separate tier and no add-on charges.
Yes. You keep full ownership and control of your catalog. CrewPort distributes your music — it does not take ownership of it, your masters, or your rights. Your data stays exportable so the relationship stays portable.
CrewPort is designed around control and portability. Your release data stays organized and exportable, and standard catalog migration processes remain available. We don't delete your music when you leave — unlike some platforms that remove your catalog the moment a relationship ends.
No. It's built for independent artists and producers who want a more professional release process — whether this is your first single or your tenth album. No label team required. A separate professional workspace with role-based access and multi-artist management is in development for labels and bigger rosters.
Early access is selective. You drop your email, fill out a short optional questionnaire, and we reach out personally if it's a fit. The first wave is small on purpose — so we can onboard everyone with care and so the people who join can shape what gets built next.

Built with the first wave.

By application

A small group.
A real say.

The first wave of CrewPort is intentionally small. We're onboarding artists and producers personally, learning what real release work actually needs, and shipping the tools to match. If that's the kind of room you want to be in, tell us about your work.

  • Priority onboarding — direct line to the team, not a ticket queue
  • Voice in the roadmap — first wave decides what gets built next
  • Selective — limited spots so we can support every artist properly
  • Honest fit check — if it's not the right time, we'll say so
