How billing works

Subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months. While your plan is active, CREWPORT keeps no commission — your share is 100% of net receipts after store and payment deductions.

If you cancel the subscription but keep your catalog live, your account converts to a Legacy plan with a commission rate tied to your last plan tier (Indie 25% · Artist 20% · Label 15%). To fully terminate and take down releases, give 30 days notice before your renewal date.
